Onsite IT Support Technician | Onsite Support (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support services for PCs, notebooks, and printers to various clients within the Rhine/Main area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving technical tickets, performing fault analysis and remediation within client and printer environments, and handling the installation, configuration, and support of Windows 7 and 10 systems. Key requirements include a completed vocational qualification in IT (such as IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician), proven experience in onsite support, and excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office 365.
