The Field Service System Administrator will be responsible for the end-to-end management of IT systems, including installation, customization, and regular maintenance at customer sites. Key daily tasks include identifying and documenting technical faults using a ticketing system, updating technical documentation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of digital customer solutions. Candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification or equivalent professional experience, comprehensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, and practical experience supporting printers, IT peripherals, and networks.
