Job Summary

This role is based within a major global specialty chemicals corporation, focusing on the operation and monitoring of complex chemical production facilities in a full continuous shift system. The Chemical Operator is responsible for ensuring seamless manufacturing processes by steering and supervising plants using process control technology. Day-to-day duties include conducting pre-production checks, performing cleaning and minor maintenance tasks on equipment, and ensuring the correct handling of raw materials and finished products in strict adherence to quality standards like ISO, GMP, and HACCP. Candidates must possess a completed apprenticeship as a Chemical Operator or equivalent, coupled with at least two years of production experience and familiarity with process control systems. This position offers excellent working conditions, a regulated 37.5-hour work week, highly competitive wages (€18–€24/hour), and significant tax-free shift bonuses.
