Job Summary

This temporary role (up to 18 months) seeks a highly skilled Citrix Support Specialist to join the Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP) team, supporting the optimization of digital services across the Generali Group. The primary responsibilities include providing Last Level Support, executing critical changes, and managing application rollouts within large, international Citrix environments. The ideal candidate must possess several years of experience as a system administrator in comparable setups and demonstrate deep technical expertise in Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, ideally comparable to a Citrix Certified Expert - Virtualization (CCE-V) certification. This position requires strong analytical and conceptual abilities, a detail-oriented approach, and fluency in English, supporting GOSP's mission to enhance IT infrastructure and drive digital transformation from either the Aachen or Hamburg location.
