This role as a Junior IT Technician / IT Support Specialist offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting a major industrial client in Bremen's production environment. Day-to-day responsibilities involve comprehensive hardware management, including installing, configuring, and deploying PCs, notebooks, and specialized devices like barcode scanners and label printers (IMAC-D). You will also serve as the primary contact for Apple device support (iPhones and iPads). A core function involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, handling break/fix tickets either remotely or directly on-site. The position is ideal for recent IT graduates or motivated career changers who are physically fit and possess strong technical aptitude. Key requirements include holding a Class B driver's license for mobility across the large site and the flexibility to work within a mandatory 3-shift system (including night shifts). Excellent German communication skills are essential for effective team interaction and user support.
