Job Summary

This role involves providing qualified support to prospects and customers regarding the functional and technical deployment and application of specialized tax ERP software, specifically "eBilanz-Online" (for e-balance sheet submission and digital financial reporting) and "ESEF-Manager" (for creating/auditing annual financial reports in ESEF format and CSRD sustainability reports). Day-to-day tasks include implementing legal and tax requirements within the software in collaboration with the development team, and assisting with the implementation and optimization of solutions alongside clients and partners. The ideal candidate possesses high IT affinity, strong analytical skills, and foundational knowledge in taxation and/or accounting, typically gained through relevant professional training (e.g., Tax Clerk) or economic studies.
