Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Technical Estimator, focusing on creating precise calculations and offers for security technology projects, including fire alarm, intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include meticulously analyzing technical specifications, drawings, and project documentation to determine material, labor, and machine costs, while also evaluating subcontractor bids and supplier conditions. A key focus is optimizing cost structures and developing economically viable solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background (e.g., electrical engineering or construction) and professional experience in technical project estimation, ideally within the security technology sector. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office and estimation software, and fluent German communication (C1 level) are essential.
