Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems, from site setup through to final handover. The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, ensuring high quality standards are met on site, and collaborating closely with all project stakeholders. A key focus is maintaining safety, including adherence to accident prevention regulations and creating necessary HSE documentation. The ideal candidate holds a qualification in Electrical Engineering (e.g., Electrician, Mechatronics, or equivalent degree/Master/Technician certification) and possesses several years of experience in construction site management, ideally within plant construction, with specific knowledge of medium-voltage systems. This position offers significant flexibility, including home office options, flexible hours, 30 days of vacation, a company car for private use, and the opportunity to contribute to the energy transition through sustainable energy storage solutions. Strong German and good English skills are required, alongside extensive travel readiness within the DACH region (4-5 working days/week).
