Job Summary

This role as a Field Service Technician involves executing repairs, service assignments, and commissioning tasks within a 200 km radius of your residence, minimizing regular overnight stays. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing precise work reports and protocols, managing technical aspects of customer service deployments, and maintaining a small inventory of spare parts. The technician will also provide crucial technical support, consultation, and training to colleagues, assisting internal support via phone and email from a home office setup. Candidates must possess a completed apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics (Master Craftsman or Technician qualifications are a plus). While entry-level professionals are welcome, previous experience in customer service and ideally in ventilation/air conditioning technology is beneficial.
