Job Summary

This role involves executing repairs, service assignments, and commissioning tasks primarily within a 200 km radius, generally without overnight stays, for a traditional family company specializing in innovative ventilation technology. The Service Technician will be responsible for technical processing of customer service assignments, creating precise work reports and protocols, and managing a small inventory of spare parts. A key aspect is supporting and training other service technicians, advising customers, and assisting internal support via phone and email, including from a home office. Candidates should have a completed electrical, electronics, or mechatronics apprenticeship (Meister or Technician qualification is a plus) and possess strong communication and social skills.
