Job Summary

This role is central to the implementation of sustainable energy storage solutions, actively driving the energy transition within commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure sectors. The Site Manager will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of large-scale energy storage installations, from initial site setup through to final handover. Key daily tasks include planning installations, coordinating external subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, and managing communication with all project stakeholders. A crucial function is safety management, requiring the creation of risk assessments and ensuring compliance with all accident prevention regulations (HSE). Candidates must possess a strong background in electrical engineering, evidenced by relevant vocational training or a degree, coupled with demonstrable experience in construction site management, specifically within plant construction and medium-voltage systems. The position requires extensive travel (4-5 days/week) across the DACH region, demanding both fluent German and good English skills.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, with further qualification (Master Craftsman or Technician) OR a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering (following vocational training or degree)
  • Proven experience in construction site management, focusing on plant construction
  • Practical experience with medium-voltage systems
  • Experience as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching (ideally)
