Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Service Technician specializing in security and telecommunications technology, based in Leipzig, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of modern security systems, including fire alarm (BMA), intrusion alarm (EMA), video surveillance, access control, and public address systems. Key responsibilities include creating technical documentation, conducting customer consultations, providing system instructions, and participating in on-call duty to ensure continuous system functionality. The ideal applicant holds a qualification as an Electronics Technician (Energy/Building or Information/Communication Technology), possesses several years of professional experience in security technology, and has deep knowledge in at least one core area like fire or intrusion alarms. This position offers a company car for private use, 30 days of annual leave, and an unlimited contract in a future-proof industry.
