This role involves managing and independently executing construction projects within the asphalt paving sector for a leading infrastructure company in Schleswig-Holstein West. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring technical and economic goals are met, and conducting site results control. Day-to-day tasks include planning projects, coordinating personnel and subcontractors alongside a foreman, preparing supplementary claims (Nachträge), and handling project invoicing/billing. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Civil Engineering or comparable training, ideally in road/civil engineering, coupled with several years of professional experience as an Asphalt Construction Manager.
