Job Summary

Join a pioneering company focused on sustainable energy storage solutions and actively shape the energy transition. This critical role involves planning and supervising the complete installation of large energy storage systems, from initial site setup through to final completion and handover. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating external subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, and managing all project-specific Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) documentation, including risk assessments and accident prevention regulations. You will collaborate closely with commissioning and project management teams to successfully complete project acceptance. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in electrical systems, proven experience in construction site management (ideally plant construction), and practical knowledge of medium-voltage systems. This position requires a high degree of commitment and extensive travel (4-5 days per week) within the DACH region, compensated by a company car for private use and 30 days of annual leave.
