Job Summary
As an IT Operations Engineer with a focus on cloud, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient IT environment for colleagues. Your daily responsibilities will include operating and further developing local network and server infrastructure, as well as managing cloud services. You'll leverage your expertise in current technologies and security standards to identify process improvements, implement highly available systems in hybrid cloud environments, and automate existing processes, particularly through Infrastructure as Code. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys solving technical challenges, conceptualizing robust solutions, and advising various departments on IT best practices, contributing to a pleasant and uninterrupted daily work life.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree or vocational training with an IT focus, or several years of professional experience in IT systems administration.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT systems administration
- Practical knowledge in Public Cloud environments and their management tools
- Practical knowledge in Configuration Management and IaC (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
- Practical knowledge in CI/CD and Version Control
- Practical knowledge in Linux systems
- Practical knowledge in Monitoring and Visualization
- Practical knowledge in Identity/Access Management
- Practical knowledge in Firewalls and Networks
