Job Summary

This role involves leading and supervising the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems, from site setup through to final handover. The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, ensuring high quality standards are met on site, and managing communication with all project stakeholders. A crucial part of the job is ensuring compliance with accident prevention regulations and preparing necessary Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) documentation. The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical engineering, significant experience in construction site management, preferably within plant engineering, and a passion for renewable energies. This position requires substantial travel (4-5 days/week) within the DACH region, excellent German language skills, and good English proficiency, offering the opportunity to actively shape the future of sustainable energy solutions.
