Job Summary

The Site Manager, Electrical Engineering will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and supervision of large-scale energy storage installations for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. Key responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to high quality standards, managing site safety (HSE documentation and accident prevention), and collaborating closely with commissioning and project management teams. This role requires extensive travel (4-5 days/week) across the DACH region and is ideal for professionals with a background in electrical systems, medium voltage technology, and plant construction who are passionate about driving the energy transition through innovative storage solutions. You will manage the entire installation process, from site setup to final acceptance and handover, ensuring continuous power supply solutions are delivered successfully.
