Join INTILION AG, a leader in sustainable energy storage solutions, as a Construction Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering. This role is crucial for executing large-scale energy storage projects for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. Day-to-day responsibilities involve planning and overseeing the entire installation process, from site setup to final handover, and ensuring adherence to strict quality and safety standards (HSE). You will coordinate subcontractors, manage project stakeholders, and provide technical consulting during maintenance. The ideal candidate holds a qualification in electrical engineering (Electrician, Technician, Master, or degree) coupled with multi-year experience in construction site management, preferably in plant construction. Excellent German and good English skills are required, along with high travel readiness across the DACH region (4-5 days/week). This position offers significant autonomy, flexible working options, a company car for private use, and 30 days of annual leave.
