Job Summary

This role involves working as a Service Technician specializing in complex security and telecommunication systems, ensuring the safety of people and businesses. Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent installation, programming, and maintenance of security systems such as Intruder Alarm Systems (EMA), Fire Alarm Systems (BMA), Access Control (ZuKo), and Video Surveillance. The technician will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, performing required measurements and tests according to industry standards (e.g., DIN VDE, EN 54), and troubleshooting existing systems. A key aspect is proactive customer communication, conducting on-site or remote support, and participating in the on-call service rotation. Candidates must have a completed technical education (e.g., Electronics for Energy and Building Technology) and several years of professional experience in electrical or security technology, coupled with fluent German skills (C1) and a Class B driving license.
