This role involves managing the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects from site setup to final completion, ensuring adherence to high quality standards and safety regulations. Key daily tasks include coordinating subcontractors, managing project acceptance and handover, and creating necessary HSE documentation (e.g., risk assessments, accident prevention measures). The ideal candidate possesses a completed electrical engineering qualification (e.g., Electrician, Mechatronics Technician) or a related degree, coupled with several years of experience in construction site management, ideally focused on plant construction. Expertise in medium-voltage systems and a strong commitment to renewable energy are essential. Required Skills

Education

Completed electrical engineering training (e.g., Electrician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician) and/or further training as a Master Craftsman, Technician, or relevant university degree

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience following electrical engineering training
  • Professional experience in construction site management, ideally focused on plant construction
  • Practical experience with medium-voltage systems
  • Experience as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching (preferred)
