Job Summary

As a Service Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and overseeing the telecommunications solutions and standardized IT infrastructure for a leading European medical rehabilitation and mental health provider. Your daily responsibilities will include managing diverse service provider landscapes, transitioning existing technical solutions to a refined target state, and leading a variety of IT projects with a strong focus on telecommunications and IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for project planning, execution, and successful completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budget.
