Job Summary
This role involves managing the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems, from site setup through to final completion and handover. The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing all construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations (HSE documentation). A key focus is regular communication and coordination with all project stakeholders. This position is ideal for an experienced electrical professional who is passionate about renewable energy and comfortable with extensive travel (4-5 days/week) across the DACH region, offering the flexibility of home office work and a company car for both business and private use.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, ideally supplemented by further training (Master Craftsman, Technician) or a degree in electrical engineering.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician
- Practical experience in construction site management, preferably in plant construction
Languages
Additional
- High willingness to travel (4-5 days/week) in the DACH region.
