Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to join a leading construction company specializing in complex infrastructure projects across road, civil, and asphalt engineering in the Schleswig-Holstein West area. The Senior Construction Manager will assume overall responsibility for large-scale construction measures, leading and instructing construction teams to ensure project goals are met. Key daily tasks involve precise monitoring of calculations, bids, construction processes, and site results, alongside critical negotiations with both subcontractors and clients. A core function is actively supporting and enforcing supplementary claims management. Candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification, coupled with relevant professional and significant leadership experience. Proficiency in billing and calculation programs, ideally iTWO, and MS Office is required.
