Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping the energy transition by managing the installation of large-scale energy storage systems for INTILION AG. The Construction Manager will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from site setup to successful handover, ensuring high quality and safety standards are met. Key daily tasks include planning and supervising installations, coordinating subcontractors, managing project communication, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations (HSE documentation). The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical engineering (Master, Technician, or degree) and significant experience in construction site management, particularly in plant construction. This position requires strong German and good English skills, a proactive approach, and high willingness to travel within the DACH region (4-5 days/week).
