Job Summary

This critical role involves managing the end-to-end installation of large-scale, sustainable energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure projects. The Site Manager will be responsible for comprehensive project planning and supervision, starting from site setup through to final completion and handover. A key component of the job is coordinating external subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to high quality standards, and liaising with all internal project stakeholders, including commissioning and project management teams. Furthermore, the role requires a strong focus on safety, including the creation of project-related HSE documents, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with all accident prevention regulations. The ideal candidate must bring significant experience in construction site management within plant construction, deep knowledge of electrical systems, and practical familiarity with medium-voltage installations, all while actively contributing to the energy transition.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician. Ideally supplemented by further training as a Master Craftsman, Technician, or a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience following vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician
  • Solid experience in construction site management, especially in plant construction
  • Practical knowledge of medium-voltage systems, preferably as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching
