Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping the energy transition by overseeing the installation of large-scale energy storage systems from site setup to final handover. The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning and supervising the complete installation process, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring high quality standards on site. A critical component of the job is maintaining safety, which includes enforcing accident prevention regulations and creating risk assessments (HSE documents). Candidates should possess a background in electrical engineering (electrician, electronics, or mechatronics) with professional experience, ideally complemented by further training (Master Craftsman, Technician) or a relevant degree. Practical experience in construction site management, particularly in plant construction, and knowledge of medium-voltage systems are essential. The position requires strong proficiency in German and good English skills, along with extensive travel readiness across the DACH region (4-5 days/week).
