Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Product Safety Specialist to join a reputable company in the chemical industry in Uetersen, Germany. The primary responsibilities include ensuring compliance with chemical regulations within Germany and the EU, creating and maintaining safety data sheets using SAP/EHS, and classifying, labeling, and managing raw materials and products. The specialist will also be responsible for product notifications and developing standard formulations for authorities and clients. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in chemistry, have a strong understanding of chemical law and hazardous goods regulations, and be proficient in SAP/EH&S and MS Office. Fluency in both German and English is essential for this position, which offers a long-term perspective with the possibility of permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
