Job Summary

This role involves leading and supervising the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems for customers, actively contributing to the energy transition through sustainable solutions. The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality standards on site, and managing project handover in collaboration with the commissioning and project management teams. A key focus is safety, requiring monitoring compliance with accident prevention regulations and creating HSE documents and risk assessments. Candidates should have a background in electrical engineering (e.g., Electrician, Mechatronics, or relevant degree/Master/Technician qualification) and possess several years of experience in construction site management, particularly in plant construction. The position requires strong organizational skills, enthusiasm for renewable energy, and extensive travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), making excellent German and good English essential for coordination and documentation.
