Job Summary

This role involves leading the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems, managing the process from site setup through to final completion and handover. The Construction Manager is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, ensuring high quality standards are met, and maintaining regular communication with all project stakeholders. A critical component of the job is managing site safety, including enforcing accident prevention regulations and creating HSE documentation and risk assessments. This position requires an electrical background (electrician, technician, or engineering degree) coupled with multi-year professional experience in construction or plant management, specifically involving medium-voltage systems. The ideal candidate is highly engaged, proactive, and fluent in German with good English skills, and must be prepared for extensive travel (4-5 days/week) within the DACH region.
