Job Summary

This role involves leading and supervising the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems, from site setup to final completion. The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating external subcontractors, ensuring high quality standards are met on site, and managing communication among all project stakeholders. A key focus is on safety management, including enforcing accident prevention regulations and creating necessary HSE documentation. The ideal candidate holds a qualification in electrical engineering (e.g., Electrician, Master Craftsman, or relevant degree) and possesses practical experience in construction site management, preferably with medium-voltage systems. This position is perfect for a proactive, conscientious professional passionate about renewable energies who is willing to travel extensively (4-5 days/week) within the DACH region, contributing directly to the energy transition.
