Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join the Lower Saxony Tax Academy in Bad Eilsen, focusing on maintaining and supporting the institution's diverse IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, maintenance, and replacement of various hardware (PCs, notebooks, printers, video conferencing systems), managing Apple devices via MDM, and providing essential First- and Second-Level support to users, including staff, students, and conference guests. The specialist will also administer webinar software (BigBlueButton), manage the Intranet presence using TYPO3, and handle hardware procurement. The ideal candidate possesses excellent knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, proficiency in office communication suites (Microsoft and Libre Office), and is service-oriented, flexible, and capable of working independently across multiple locations.
