Job Summary

This role involves working as a PLC Programmer within the Electrical Design team, specializing in innovative solutions for mechanical engineering and control technology within a world-leading bakery equipment group. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing, implementing, and optimizing PLC programs using the TIA Portal to ensure the efficiency and reliability of specialized machinery. The role requires conducting tests, commissioning control systems (including on-site customer visits), analyzing and resolving technical faults, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation. Candidates must possess a degree or training in Electrical or Automation Engineering, coupled with several years of professional experience in PLC programming, preferably with TIA Portal. Strong analytical skills, teamwork, and proficiency in both German and English are essential, along with a willingness to travel up to 20%.
