Job Summary
This DevOps Engineer role, based in Wolfsburg, focuses on designing, implementing, and continuously developing Continuous Integration, Deployment, and Delivery pipelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, and advancement of existing and new Microservices and APIs, alongside creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation. This position requires strong collaboration with various internal and external teams. Key qualifications include a degree in IT or equivalent, coupled with significant experience in CI/CD deployment within Kubernetes environments. Proficiency in Linux server systems, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Influxx, Redis) is essential. Education
Completed degree with an information technology background or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of experience in CI/CD deployment in Kubernetes environments
- Solid experience with Linux server systems, CLI, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Helm-Charts
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Influxx, Redis)
- Programming experience is advantageous (e.g., Python, GoLang)
- IoT experience is advantageous (MQTT, Chirpstack)
