Job Summary

This is a long-term, permanent opportunity based in Berne, focusing on essential maintenance activities within the yacht and shipbuilding sector. The core responsibilities involve executing detailed troubleshooting and subsequent repair of complex installations and machinery, such as crane and lighting systems. Daily duties include creating new electrotechnical connections, installing working current and lighting systems specifically on ships, and rigorously testing operational equipment in compliance with safety regulations. To be successful, candidates must have completed vocational training as an Electrician or Industrial Electronics Technician and possess initial professional experience. While not mandatory, knowledge of KNX and PLC systems is highly desirable.
