The professional will be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative IT strategies, specifically within the Innovation Lab. Key day-to-day activities include planning and moderating innovation workshops using methodologies like Design Thinking and Lean Startup, coordinating complex projects within interdisciplinary teams, and performing trend scouting to enhance innovation capabilities. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, coupled with at least three years of practical IT experience and expertise in innovation techniques.
