Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Facility Management Site Manager to join a market leader in the industry, initially through an agency placement with the strong prospect of a permanent contract. The manager will be responsible for comprehensive site operations, including scheduling, capacity planning, and project controlling. Key daily tasks involve preparing quotes and amendments, coordinating workflows, and maintaining client relationships through effective consultation and care. A critical component of the job is the technical leadership of the site team. Candidates must possess a strong technical background, ideally holding a Master Craftsman certification (Meister) in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, or a degree/certified Technician qualification in related fields, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience in a similar managerial capacity.
