Based in Regensburg, the core responsibility is ensuring the flawless technical condition of electrical systems within the assigned properties. Day-to-day tasks include performing independent troubleshooting, optimizing operational processes, and executing maintenance, inspections, and repairs on complex building technology systems. A critical component of the job involves coordinating and managing external specialist firms and subcontractors. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in an electrical field, several years of relevant professional experience in system maintenance, required German language skills, and a Class B driver's license. The position includes participation in on-call and emergency services, with a company vehicle provided.
