This role seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering Master Craftsman to take technical and disciplinary leadership within a vehicle manufacturing environment in Bremerhaven. The core focus is overseeing the electrical engineering department, optimizing production processes, and ensuring timely, high-quality output. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, testing, and repair of complex electrical components and assemblies, detailed wiring of control panels and driver stands according to technical specifications, and executing sophisticated maintenance, retrofitting, and modernization projects on vehicles. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the technical development of the team and meticulous documentation of all procedures. Requirements include a completed technical education (Electrician or Mechatronics) and a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification, coupled with proven professional experience in a comparable position.
