Job Summary

This role is for a Flight Test Engineer focused on developing, validating, and executing complex test procedures for aerospace systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing procedures based on system requirements and available test resources (Flight Test Equipment, test benches, simulators), conducting test campaigns while monitoring parameters in real-time, and analyzing the resulting test data to generate Test Result & Analysis Reports (TRA). The engineer will also be responsible for troubleshooting test failures, performing hardware checks (sensors, cables), documenting issues in Problem Reports, and collaborating closely with the Design Office to implement corrective actions. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering, coupled with experience in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and familiarity with tools like CANalyzer.
