Laboratory Technician | Laborant (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Laboratory Technician specializing in quality assurance within the traditional cable manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of laboratory testing, including planning, execution, and thorough documentation according to established standard procedures. Key tasks involve performing incoming goods inspections for raw materials and semi-finished products, comparing results against specifications, and releasing inspection lots within the ERP system. The role also includes conducting material tests on plastics, copper conductors, and cables for both production control and R&D projects. Candidates must have a completed vocational training as a Laboratory Technician, preferably in the chemical field, possess professional lab experience, and be proficient in handling laboratory equipment and hazardous substances while adhering strictly to safety regulations. Excellent German skills are required for internal communication, alongside English skills for understanding international standards.
