Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Scrum Master to guide an international development team focused on building future-oriented AI solutions for legal consultation in the claims sector. Day-to-day, you will ensure adherence to the Scrum process, moderate all Scrum events effectively, and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and change management. A key responsibility involves ensuring high quality and productivity by optimizing processes, managing Jira boards, and removing impediments, especially external dependencies. You will also proactively support Program Management and Product Owners in planning and program-level agile ceremonies (PI Plannings, System Demos). The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Scrum Guide, several years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development, and proficiency in agile tools like Jira.
