Job Summary

This role involves working as a Chemical Laboratory Technician at a leading food processing group, focusing on the analysis of chemical parameters in food products. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing samples, analyzing parameters such as water, fat, protein, salt, and lactose, and evaluating results against nutritional tables and regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include operating and maintaining analytical equipment and associated software, ensuring data accuracy, and communicating findings through detailed test reports. This position is a temporary, two-year contract covering parental leave at the Satrup location. Ideal candidates possess a background in chemical, dairy, or biological laboratory work, coupled with professional experience in the food industry and proficiency in chemical food analysis and standard Microsoft Office applications.
