Job Summary

This is an opportunity for an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join a global clinical research organization in Germany on a permanent part-time basis (0.8 FTE). The role is flexible, allowing for home-based, office-based (Munich or Karlsruhe), or hybrid work. The CRA will be responsible for defining, developing, and delivering clinical programs by performing and coordinating all aspects of clinical monitoring and site management. Key daily tasks involve conducting remote or on-site visits to ensure compliance with protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulations, applying risk-based monitoring, and performing root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve site deficiencies. The position requires strong critical thinking, effective communication with medical personnel, and significant travel (up to 50-75%) across Germany to ensure data reliability and audit readiness of investigational sites. Fluency in both English and German is a mandatory requirement for this role.
