Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced and dedicated IT professional to strengthen an internal IT team, focusing on the administration and continuous development of the company's IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks involve the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server environments and client workstations, including managing software like the MS Office suite. A critical function is providing internal IT support, managing the support ticket system, and performing detailed error analysis and troubleshooting to resolve incoming technical disruptions efficiently. The administrator will also be responsible for executing hardware and software implementations, introducing new applications, and evaluating and developing comprehensive IT concepts. The ideal candidate must possess completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or equivalent, strong problem-solving skills, and a highly structured, reliable, and proactive approach to IT management.
