Job Summary

This Master Electrician role requires serving as the central in-house expert for all electrical engineering inquiries, providing crucial technical support and remote troubleshooting for end customers. Day-to-day tasks include performing fault diagnoses and resolving disruptions via remote access, offering technical consulting over the phone, and acting as the primary contact for electrical questions within the company. A core function involves ensuring compliance by controlling and accepting electrical plans and installations according to DIN-VDE standards, as well as revising plans during new product introductions. Furthermore, the role demands strong organizational skills to manage complex logistical processes, such as coordinating equipment exchanges, scheduling external companies, and handling device ordering. The ideal candidate must possess formal electrical training, a deep technical understanding, and excellent communication abilities to manage a broad operational scope that spans from detailed technical work and ticket processing (in systems like CCHub and Transit) to direct customer interaction and sales support for manufactured products. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a diverse and challenging workload.
