This critical leadership role involves overseeing and managing all daily operations across Production, Purchasing, and Logistics within a specialized biotechnology environment. The Head of Operations is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of production and supply processes, optimizing the efficient deployment of personnel, technology, budget, and infrastructure. Key duties include leading shift and daily teams, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards (especially ISO 13485:2016 and cleanroom requirements), and driving continuous improvement in production methods and facilities aligned with the company's growth strategy. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant degree (Master's preferred) in fields like Biotechnology or Process Engineering, coupled with extensive experience in production planning, team management, and working within the medical device or biotechnology sectors. Strong communication skills and fluency in both German and English are essential for success in this challenging and rewarding position.
