Job Summary

This leadership role involves the technical and personnel management of the Polyurethane development team, focusing on driving innovation within the company's core competence. The manager is responsible for the new development and continuous optimization of polyurethane recipes and products, ensuring Wicke maintains its competitive edge in wheels and castors manufacturing. Key responsibilities include identifying and evaluating new materials, technologies, and production processes to enhance product quality and efficiency. You will ensure strict adherence to legal and internal regulations, including REACH and environmental standards, while providing essential technical documentation and reporting to the management. Success in this role requires a completed degree in Chemistry and extensive professional experience in PU applications and plant technology, combined with strong leadership and coordination skills to interface effectively with production, sales, and external partners.
