Job Summary
This role, based in Bielefeld for the State Building and Real Estate Company of North Rhine-Westphalia (BLB NRW), involves crucial work in managing one of Europe's largest real estate portfolios with a strong focus on achieving climate neutrality by 2030. The professional will be responsible for providing comprehensive planning services, including requirements planning and feasibility studies, within the field of Electrical Engineering, often utilizing the HOAI framework. Key daily activities include steering and quality-checking external engineering offices and contractors, managing project stakeholders, and providing technical advice for public construction measures in the Ostwestfalen-Lippe region. Candidates must possess a degree or certified qualification in Electrical Engineering and fluent German (C1). The position offers excellent work-life balance, flexible hours, up to 60% mobile work, and a secure, permanent contract.
Required Skills

Experience

- Several years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering, preferably within the real estate industry
