The technician will be responsible for the installation and configuration of IT workplace hardware, providing direct Onsite Support for Windows clients, and troubleshooting issues within an Industrial IT environment, specifically addressing faults on Panel PCs and Tablets. A key part of the role involves meticulous documentation of all completed work steps using a ticketing system. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical education or equivalent qualification, professional experience in IT hardware rollout, and practical experience in both Onsite and Remote Support. Strong proficiency in German and basic English skills are required for this full-time, permanent position, which offers an initial temporary contract with the option for permanent employment.
