Job Summary

This autonomous and responsible position seeks a reliable and skilled Facility Technician/Manager to independently oversee the maintenance and upkeep of a specialized vehicle manufacturing plant in Ebhausen. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the building, technical systems, and exterior grounds, performing minor repairs and maintenance, and ensuring the facility remains clean and in good condition. You will be the primary contact for technical building queries, support minor renovation projects, and manage essential services like winter maintenance and groundskeeping. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical or craftsman apprenticeship (such as Electrician or Plant Mechanic), strong manual skills, foundational knowledge of building technology, and ideally, prior experience in facility management. This role requires a self-reliant, responsible work ethic and good German language skills.
